How do your releases work?
- I release all pieces in monthly collections on the 15th of every month.
- Each collection includes one-of-a-kind designs.
- No custom orders at this time.
Do you accept returns?
- All sales are final. Because each piece is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any jewelry or digital products. This ensures fairness during collection releases and respects the time and care that goes into creating each item.
- If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at moonandeclipsejewelryco@gmail.com, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Where do you source your materials?
Every piece is made using thoughtfully sourced, high-quality materials.
- All wire is sourced from Rio Grande, a trusted industry leader known for ethically sourced metals and professional jewelry standards.
- Gemstone beads are selected from gem and mineral shows or sourced directly through Rio Grande, ensuring authenticity, durability, and natural variation.
- Seed beads used in my designs are premium brands — Miyuki, Toho, and Czech glass — known for their exceptional consistency, color depth, and long-lasting quality.
- Charms are carefully selected and always of quality
I intentionally choose materials that not only hold up over time, but feel meaningful, elevated, and aligned with the intention behind each piece.
All fine metals naturally react to air, moisture, and skin chemistry over time — this is normal and not a defect.
• Sterling silver may develop a soft patina over time but can easily be polished back to its original shine.
• Gold-filled wire is highly tarnish-resistant and designed for long-term wear with proper care.
• 14k solid gold does not tarnish.
• Copper and brass will naturally oxidize and deepen in color over time.
I source all wire from Rio Grande, an industry-leading supplier known for professional-grade, ethically sourced metals. I also choose finishes that balance durability, wearability, and longevity.
With basic care — avoiding water, perfumes, and storing pieces properly — your jewelry will stay beautiful for years.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes. We offer wholesale partnerships with select boutiques, salons, yoga studios, and storefronts that align with our values and aesthetic.

- Wholesale details include 50% off retail pricing, a $300 opening minimum, and small-batch handcrafted production with a 7–14 business day lead time.

Are you pieces handmade?
Yes. All pieces are designed and assembled in small batches. Due to the handmade nature, slight variations may occur and are part of each piece’s uniqueness.
