You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Moon & Eclipse is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and the handmade nature of earrings, all sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at

moonandeclipsejewerlyco@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
We will work with you to resolve the issue (replacement or store credit where appropriate).
